Edamame Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups shelled and thawed edamame
- 1 tsp onion salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp hot sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix in a handful of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
