Edamame Dip

A great flip on a old dip.  Instead of the blah, blah hummus, why not try out the edamame version?

Edamame Dip
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups shelled and thawed edamame
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix in a handful of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
